LLY Communications is passionate about using our combined skills to help community based non-profits and service-based small businesses develop proactive communications strategies. We are attentive to our clients’ unique identity, mission and vision, and specific needs. We believe clear communication is the foundation of all beneficial relationships; it is a necessity within the organization, with our clients, and in the work we produce for our clients. 

We believe in working effectively, which means we will never do anything because it’s always been done a certain way. We make data-driven decisions and are ready to pivot to meet our clients’ needs or achieve the desired outcome.  

We value dismantling systems that are harmful to marginalized groups of people, nationally, in our community, and in the workplace.

Liz is an experienced communications professional with a demonstrated history of working with nonprofit organizations. She is skilled in content development and strategy, marketing, social media, and graphic design.

Liz has spent her career working in nonprofits. She’s a sucker for a great mission, and is passionate about serving people and using her skills to improve her community.

Gina is a graduate of Western Michigan University where she studied Organizational Communications and Nonprofit Marketing. She specializes in writing engaging copy and developing content that educates and inspires.

Tammy is an experienced Operations and Adminstrative Professional. She recently retired from a 30 year career in Operations and Administrative Support. 

Tammy graciously spends some of her post-retirement time each week using her skills to help us keep our processes and office in line and help deliver high quality services to our clients.

Queeny is an experienced Human Resources and Employment Coaching professional. She has a passion for teaching job-ready skills and for creating safe and thriving working environments for all people.

Not only does she support personal and professional growth in the employment realm, but Queeny also uses her creativity and passion to write uplifting stories for and about the Black community.
