About Us

We are Ideally Nonprofit Marketing Group, a mission-driven strategic communications agency making marketing easier for nonprofits serving their local communities without taxing their already-limited capacity.

What does that mean?

We help reduce the overwhelm around marketing for nonprofit leaders (and small business owners) so they can keep doing the work of serving their communities while we do the work of getting the message out into the world. We help these organizations move from reactive marketing to proactive and strategic communications efforts for greater impact.

Why do we do this?

Well, we’re obsessed with people who want to make the world a better place. We’re total suckers for a great mission statement and we believe that there are so many brilliant people out there doing great things with and for their communities and we love seeing them serve their people with gusto. We don’t want to tell people how to fix problems or make the world better (we’re not experts in that), we just want to tell the world about the amazing work they are doing so they can keep focusing on their thing and reaching more people.

How do we do this?

We focus on strategic content marketing (because CONTENT IS QUEEN), organic growth strategies, and highly customized and dynamic designs. We’re not selling templates or one-size solutions. We get to know our clients (and their audiences) down to what words make them cringe, what color makes their soul sing, even how they prefer dates formatted, and we make sure their content aligns with all of those things. Because details matter.

Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the creative operations team with client content creation and delivery. Organizes and maintains creative assets and related administrative tasks, conducts market research, researches and updates client hashtag collections, and helps to execute client deliverables. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to gain experience and contribute to the growth and success of our clients’ organizations. This position will start at 10-15 hours per week and grow as we do. Pay will range from $14-$16 per hour based on experience and skill set.
